Tighten the time gap between proposal and approval stages
Broaden the awareness of group training opportunities.
These should ultimately lead to stronger sales and make ISACA stand out from the competition. Each email would be unique and reflect the choices and actions previously conducted by the end user.

Town of New Canaan needed to redesign their outdated web site to make it more user friendly and to accommodate new functionality. As one of the team leaders, I created user stories, mapped user journeys and acted as a creative director.
